What we build

We build AI agents that run real operational workflows. An operations team member that never sleeps. It reads messages, keeps records, and files reports. It does not forget and it does not take leave.

i.

Message intake

WhatsApp and Telegram messages become structured requests. Photos, voice notes, and text are captured the moment they arrive.

ii.

Job logging

Every job gets a card. Who reported it, when, what it looks like, and who is responsible. Nothing lives in someone's head.

iii.

Documents and invoices

PDFs dropped in a folder or a chat are read, checked, and filed against the right job or account.

iv.

Report generation

Formatted reports on schedule or on request. Ask a question in chat, get the numbers back in the same thread.

v.

Month-end exports

Clean Excel workbooks your accountant can open and use. Every figure in Rand, every line traceable to a source.

1

A tenant sends a WhatsApp

A photo of a burst geyser, sent to the number they already have. No app to install, no portal to log into.

2

The agent opens a job card

It logs the job, captures the photo, records the unit and the time, and checks the lease to see who is liable for the repair.

3

Your team confirms

The job appears in your own group chat with everything attached. One reply approves it. You stay in charge of every decision.

4

The contractor gets a work order

A clean brief with the address, the photos, and the scope. No financials, no tenant details they do not need.

5

Month-end lands in your inbox

A formatted Excel report. Every job, every invoice, every Rand, reconciled and ready for your accountant.

No. 03 Case study

Maintenance operations, automated.

A property management company asked us to take the phone calls, loose photos, and paper trails out of their maintenance work.

Tenants report problems on WhatsApp, with photos required before a job is accepted. The agent opens a job card for each report and coordinates contractors in a Telegram group. Invoices arrive as PDF drops and are read and filed automatically. At month-end, the owner receives complete financial exports.

The whole system runs on the company's own dedicated private server. Their data stays theirs.

Every job photographed and logged

No photo, no job card. The record is complete by design.

Reports in one message

Month-end financials arrive formatted, in Rand, ready to send on.

One private server per client

Your operations never share infrastructure with anyone else.
